Understanding all of the SaaS spend across your company can be difficult with employees and departments making independent purchases. It can get even harder to know all of the subscriptions and vendors you are paying for when employees are purchasing transactions on their personal credit cards and getting reimbursed.
Blissfully's Expensify integrations allow companies to integrate their expense data and connect an additional source of financial data. Blissfully will reconcile Expensify transactions with transactions from other sources (email, accounting) and identify additional SaaS vendors that are being used and paid for. Blissfully will also identify who submitted each expense and show the attached invoice/receipt (when available).
Integrating Expensify is a straightforward process, before you begin please ensure that you are an Expensify administrator who can view all expenses and reports across the company.
Login to Expensify and proceed to the Integration Server Access page
Note down your partnerUserID and regenerate your partnerUserSecret
Login to Blissfully and go to the Expensify integration page
Enter in your Partner User ID and Partner User Secret and click Integrate to complete the integration
Data can take up to 24 hours to complete processing. Please reach out to email@example.com or your Customer Success contact for any questions.
To disable your Expensify integration you can either:
From the Expensify integration page in Blissfully, choose “Disconnect” and Blissfully will no longer synchronize data from Expensify
From the Expensify Integration Server Access page, regenerate your partnerUserSecret and Blissfully will no longer be able to receive data from Expensify. Note: that if you regenerate your Partner User Secret for another Expensify integration, you will need to update your Blissfully integration with the updated Partner User Secret to ensure the integration is connected.
